After the battery had been tested, I paid $29 for my phone to be inspected over 24 hours, giving my landline number so I could be contacted with the verdict within the time. Having not heard anything for over 30 hours and having difficulty finding their contact number via Google I phoned to be told it was unrepairable.

When I asked why I hadn't been contacted earlier I was told I was supposed to call personally after midday. Then it took questioning on my part on the fate of my phone to learn that I needed to collect the phone rather leave it to them to dispose of. That's fair enough, but the poor communication led me to decide I wasn't going to replace my phone with a purchase from their store, particularly as there was no apology or anything resembling it for the lack of information and communication.

We were told it would be 2 days and we would hear back from the company regarding a repair to my husbands phone,well it was 6 days and I had to chase them up to ask about the phone.Communication could be a lot better.

Put my mobile phone in for repair however noticed when I got home the front of phone was stuffed when they took it apart. Definitely not go there ever again. :-(
