I asked for a trim and gave specific instructions for the lengths, but the barber ended cutting it way too short. From the first cut with the clippers, it was too late to stop him from ruining it anymore and ended up having to buzz off whatever was left. I ended up with a buzzcut which even then he couldn't do right. He didn't seem to understand the difference between clipper sizes and centimetres, thinking 5cm meant a size 5 guard...

Always go there and get fantastic quality haircuts. Trimmed to perfection and I get exactly what I want.

The barber I got seemed disinterested and to have no idea what he was doing. After a few short silent minutes of vaguely cutting and trimming bits of my hair and beard he brushed it over, took my money and sent me on my way. I got home and had a closer look in the mirror to find that he had forgotten to cut an entire section of my hair which is now three times longer than the rest, had mutilated a large section of my beard and that the trim is massively uneven. Extremely dissapointed, will never go here again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

These guys use to take pride and I was always very pleased with my haircut - now its like a production line and they are trying to get onto the next person ASAP. Really disappointed their standards have dropped so much over the past few months. Won't be back.
