Found staff to be really helpful and knowledgable and were great with helping me with my baby capsule installation even with my second years later. Shop layout great and a little play area right in the middle.

Very helpful here , I purchased a double pram here and the staff spent ages with us picking the right one for our needs , explaining all the features , and showing us how to fold it etc

Location easily accessable to hospital for any last minute or unexpected items needed for new arrivals. Was disappointed when returning faulty product felt like my use of the bottle was being questioned when all i wanted was replacement item - eventually sorted by a phone call to another department.

Great one stop shop for all baby needs. Store has a wide range of baby clothes and good options for merino wool baby clothes, stocks the Mokopuna range. Reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

This baby city is a great baby store, well stocked with the latest buggys and toys, loads of choice and lots of specials, a bit more expensive then other baby stores though and the parking isnt great at this location
