This business is absolutely APPALLING. Asked them to remove an old bed, and told them about the access down some steps and was told they could do it. A very unprofessional couple turned up late, took a look at the stairs, and refused to do it before walking out without so much as an apology saying "it would tire them out for later jobs". I was admonished for not letting them know about the access, despite having described it to them upon booking. Do not go near these people, the lack of professionalism and 'service' is beyond terrible.
