this service centre could be a lot better. despite repeat business they have recently gone down in our estimation & this has severely impacted on our veiw of them. the way we were treated, was very disappointing. what a shame. i have to be honest

Amazing customer service from TRC Toyota. They've always been consistently excellent, with good communication and service with a smile. I appreciate the times that they've organised vehicle pick up and drop off around my work schedule to make it easier for me.

they have serviced my car on several occassions and can be chatty, but i feel they are to eager to get business and although they are a nation wide name who have good reputation individual stores may rely on this too much. the customer although not always right, needs to be respected.

Amazing service from toyota, everytime we go in store,somebody is always quick to say hi and grab the toys for the kids so business can get started. Offered a free coffee which is a bonus and workers seem happy in work place with gives it a good atmosphere
