Always get great service at the Palmerston north store. They price match and have flybuys, so it's an easy choice to shop there.

Awesome specials though a lot of the staff aren't overly helpful.

Very helpful guys they didnt have what i wanted in stock but didnt bother me as is a xmas pressy now to wait till it arrives

it has a very week customer service. Our washing machine was broken and I had to call them several times so somebody answered my call. And then I had to wait few days until they call me back again regarding that. They have good range of products but not a good customer service.
