Great customer service. A nice clean and organized store making it easy to find everything.

Staff are amazing and there refund policies are great if you have problem with product, and store very easy to get around when entering the store you can avoid the vege and fruit or go straight to there if you want unlike other stores in the area.

Love doing my shopping online. Then collecting in store. Fast an easy way to shop. Always get a friendly little note added to my shop

The checkout staff are always friendly and helpful, like putting the last couple of bags in your trolley for you while you pay for your shopping. It's those little things I always notice and appreciate.

Good Countdown. Always plenty of trolleys that are regularly rounded up. Has a bank of self check outs and lotto available at the check out. The staff are always friendly and are happy when you give them an assortment of bags to pack into.
