based on my experience earlier today, this is the only rating i can give. a very helpful staff member not only directed me to the area i required, but as i had dropped my basket off in another area due to being to heavy, she kindly got me a trolley as she could see i was in pain, then hunted down & delivered my basket to the trolley, and came with me to each isle i needed and waited until i selected my products. i couldn't have asked for better service.

This store is nice and tidy and always has everything I need! It's pretty normal as far as Countdown supermarkets go! The staff are always lovely!

Countdown is pretty good in terms of range, the pricing is rather competitive too!
