Do NOT buy anything from this shop if you want after purchase service. I bought a jacket back in May and had hardly worn it when the zip wouldn't stay closed. I rang this store and was met with rudeness and was told it was fine when you bought it.When I said the jacket needed to be fit for the purchase I was met with more rudeness. At least in the finish the woman I talked to did give me the name of the outfit that supplied them. When I called these folk they were nothing but fantastic and are replacing the jacket.
I don't even want to give Tekapo High Country Crafts one star as their customer service is non existing.
