We put a request into Auckland Council 12 months ago to remove large trees that were rotten and have since fallen on our fence damaging our property. We were told only Treescape could do this job as they have the contract with the council. Treescape don't return calls, and to rub salt into the wound, on Saturday they did our neighbors place and still left ours.. Not very efficient
