The Busy Horse Takeaways

I have mixed reviews about this place. Some of the food is really good, we enjoy the sweet n sour dishes, and the fish n chips are just that.
However once (at Christmas time if I might add) we ordered a beef and vegetable Chinese dish - and the beef was off. I could smell it even before I tasted a bite to make sure it wasn't my nose. So we don't order that anymore, and to be honest unless we are desperate, we find another Chinese place to get our food from.

Despite the other review I found the Chinese very good, pretty cheep considering they allow you to pack it full. Fish and chips is pretty good also

Just spent $24 and got home. (We live out of town) sat down with everyone and started to eat the fish, most of it was very pink in the middle so we rang up and they just made up excuses and told us it was up to us.
Now, I see it as if they screw up and undercook the fish they should be the ones to fix it.
Had better but very disappointed. Looks like we are going elsewhere for our takeaways.

Lovely family atmosphere and quick serving time. Their Chinese is always top notch. Affordable and to a high taste standard.
