Am so thankful for the staff in this store.
My daughter was very sick, my partner had taken her to the doctors over 30min away from where we live and work in Moerewa. My partner returned without any prescription as the lady at the doctors said she would fax it through to our pharmacy in Kaikohe as she was a bit busy but would have it sent by the time he reached Kaikohe (within 30min).
He arrived at the Pharmacy in Kaikohe and no perscription and the internet was now down at Moerewa medical centre so they were now unable now send a perscription.
I finished work at 5pm and had to travel 30min to pick up the perscription in Moerewa arriving there at 5.26pm .
I rung Gillies Pharmacy (which closed at 5.30pm) and told them my situation and she was willing to stay open until i arrived so i could get my daughters medicine.
Am so grateful for the team that were all there waiting for me, and didnt make me feel bad at all.
