St Margarets Cafe & Bistro

It was long overdue, but I was eagerly anticipating visiting St Margarets Cafe & Bistro off the recommendations of local friends.

When we arrived, it was super busy and with the glorious weather, people were dining inside and outside. I ordered High Tea and was very impressed with the selection of salmon, Champaign ham, egg and cress and cucumber cream cheese finger sandwiches and spinach feta mini quiche with an assortment of sweets and freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream.

My sweet cherry tea was the perfect accompanied to my first official High Tea experience. Highly recommended!

This place was AMAZING. Took a friend for high tea for her birthday and we both loved it. Beautiful food, beautiful gardens, great friendly service, we will definitely go back.

We found the service to be excellent. The young Chinese waitress spoke perfect English and was a delight to chat with. She was very amenable to our seating request. We also met and spoke with the lady owner who was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was great and the petite fours were a taste delight. The garden setting is stunning and well worth a visit alone. We will be back for lunch next time.

The Food has never been faulted and the service amazing. Our lunch was amazing, my pork belly sandwich was so delicious and my friend had the Lamb special which she said was divine, we were so full we shared a dessert which was a beautiful white and dark chocolate mousse. Highly recommended.

Loved it great service, great food wish I took a photo had a coffee and lamb rack would definitely recommend. Currently contemplating dessert. Will definitely be back.
