      Wow what an experience, i rung in for a job to be done on our hot water cylinder and was told upon arrival that they were unable to do the job, as we had an outstanding invoice, i assured him to double check as i knew i had paid the invoice some months ago, he went away and rung back to say the invoice was paid and then said he needed to make another appointment to return and do the job, so unprofessional.
      Do not recommend at all
