While contact and service at the start was amazing, after all the papers were filled out and the quotes were in their hand's contact stopped completely and eventually my emails were ignored.
I have no idea what happened as I was assured everything was going smoothly but we never heard from them again. So after 6 months we chose our own installer, went begging to the bank, and thankfully was approved in time for the next winter.
