Staff extremely helpful on my previous visit. Only down side is the limited staff tills especially when busy and people want to pay with cash

I am always happy with my products but, the staff seem to be quite unhelpfull. When you approach them they never seem to be working in the area you are enquiring about, and dont seem to want to help you. they just wave there arms and point in a general direction. I always spend half my time hunting up staff to help me. This happens often.

Definitely a “you get what you pay for” store and staff seem as if they don’t want to be there. I bought some feather pillows from here and they smelt so bad I had to chuck them out

It’s a huge shop with lots of products. The staff could be more helpful. The store is well laid out and clean.
