Still waiting for my xtreme jbl i ordered on boxing day. Someone who purchased online the same date already has theirs. Tried to return my ue megaboom that has 2 year warranty and was refused a refund only a replacement. But didnt give me the replacement cause i was missing a cable. Just the cable. Had the box and evertyhing else

Good range and store well laid out, most of the staff are willing to help BUT there is a couple of bad apples in the staff! Because of poor treatment in the past I will only go in here as a last resort.

Went in here during a weekend recently to compare prices and features of smart TVs and received no help from staff, one guy was already with a customer and the other appeared to be busy so I waited about 15 minutes before I approached him only to find him watching sports online so I kept walking out the door I won't be back.

Very quick to sell you stuff, but the after sales care is abysmal, they don't want to know, get surly and very unhelpful. Won't ever go in there again, despite missing bargains & flybuys points - I felt ganged up on.
