Welsh McCarthy practises in Hawera, South Taranaki. Established in 1903, it is now the largest law firm in Central & South Taranaki. It continues to expand and has a policy of investing in the latest equipment. The firm comprises of three Partners, A Staff Solicitor, Practice Manager & 12 support staff. The Partners individual experience ranges from majoy corporate involvement, Local Authority work, Commercial interests, Family Law and criminal practice through to general conveyancing, farm transactions, Estate planning and Family and Charitable Trusts. We have our own property team, designed to designed to enable core expertise to be developed in the housing field in order to improve our servicing of clients' needs. Even though we do have the Property Team handling the transactions, client interviews and attendances are carried out personally by the Solicitor who acts for that client.
