Nice friendly staff. They really know what they are talking about. The office is standard compared to others i have been to. I did find that the real estate agents are not always in the office and they're out and about. The rental side it can be hard to get hold of especially if there is no one in the office that can help with my questions. I have tried ringing a few times within buisiness hours for rental enquiries and i have not been able to get through.
