Wow! These guys at Kumeu Toyota are so honest and helpful! Me, being a woman I am so careful who I take my car to.My cambelt needed to be done on my car and also I was told by another garage that my clutch would probably only last another 2 months.So my car was parked up for 2 months as I could not afford to pay for what I was quoted from other garages.But Kumeu Toyota quoted just over half of what I was quoted at other garages.Partly because they told me my water pump did not necessarily need doing.
And they told me that my clutch may only last 2 months but it could go for another 2-3 years with my careful driving.This saved me another $800 to $1000 which I could not afford.
I did wonder why the car had a shaking sound and they also found that the crank pulley had come loose and damaged the keyway on my Subaru Impreza.So they ordered the part and the part did not come so they sourced out another part from their own workshop.They did not charge me anything for it.This saved me another $250.They could have not told me this and still charged me the $250 but they were honest and kind.They also took $50 off my bill because they said it didn't take so long to do as they had quoted.And I must also add that they were respectful and friendly too.How much better can you get from a garage than that? I will definitely go back to this garage and would strongly recommend other people to too.You can trust them :)

These guys are really great. They fit me in at the last minute every time and they keep me safe on the roads.

Both my husband and I use Kumeu Motors for the servicing and WOFs for our cars. These guys go out of their way to be helpful and their service is prompt, efficient and they are always looking at ways to help make things more palatable on the purse. Best car place we have ever found!
