Sometimes can have long wait times but the duty clinic is always great when it comes to little ones being sick.

I can not fault the price of this doctors practice. This is the only reason i attend this medical practice. They need more doctors!! They need to be able to keep up with the demand in the Helensville. The wsoting times can be up yo 45 minutes late depending on the days emergency sppointments.

Very poor service . Its not just the long waiting times its very hit and miss with who you get. Their are some good staff that are let down by a poor work place culture and general lack of staff

Duty clinic is always very responsive when kids are sick - it is a busy clinic so cant always get the doctor you want to see at short notice
