      Terrible service - person turned up, didn't know how to properly assess the situation or the appliance model to even know where to start. Said they would check with their manager and get back to us but never did. Only suggestion was to 'defrost your freezer', even though the problem was to do with the fridge. We got another company around, who diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes. Not recommended at all
