Having used this store for picking up my parcels a few times, I have to say Laura who works there is terrible. Always comes across like you're a nuisance and she is doing you a favour by serving you. I went in to get two parcels, and she said there is only one. She said there were no other parcels. Despite me saying there were definitely two parcels, she was insistent there was no other package. I called the couriers and they confirmed the package was delivered and scanned at the store. I called her on the phone and she still insisted there was only one package, until I insisted it was delivered as the courier company had scanned proof. Only then did she ask for more details and had an "aha" moment. "Oh, it was from the other couriers we use, yes it's here"! OMG ... did she not think to check when I was in the store. The other storage box was all of five feet away from her. The problem is she is totally uninterested in customers. Other than picking up parcels I will never use this place. Avoid at all costs until they replace this staff member. She will be losing Dobsons potential customers and profits.

Great service. I've known Sue for over 10 years and have always found her knowledge of the photo industry to be outstanding. If you are looking for sound professional advice then Dobson's Photo & Camera is the place to go. I am more than happy to indorse their service.
