Amazingly wonderfully friendly funeral director team. Incredibly supportive, addressed every single one of our wishes, guided us beforehand, during our arrangements and afterwards, too. Informed us of financial grants available to support the family and of reduced Air New Zealand Compassion Fares for family in Australia. So much was covered, incredibly thorough, just amazing! Really extremely positive (unlike terrible stories I've heard from others at other funeral homes, yikes), this team is so friendly, you can hear them smiling over the phone. Oh! And, the best part is, they have better, fairer, cheaper prices! And, yet STILL fussy, high quality, lots-of-love work carried out for us. They were there for anything and everything. They helped us share our funeral notice all around Australasia for free! So love these guys! :)
