Found there facilities good and the receptionists and booking process was great. See on there website where they state "At Kings Autos Workshop and Rentals we understand that no one really likes spending money on their vehicle but with our excellent communication, expertise and top service we will work together to ensure a satisfied and positive result." Great. Except when I booked in to have a warrant done, left it there for the day while I went of to work - left them my desk phone contact number as apart from 1/2 an hour for lunch I am at my desk. Walk back to pick up my car expecting to have a pass or fail result. Great it passed, but they had gone ahead and done the work on it that it needed in order to pass with out getting my ok and charged me for it. That is not ok. If it is booked for a WOF check - then check it pass it or fail it - end of job. Unfortunately looking for a new place to do our WOFs now.
