Booked with Dents for an insurance claim after getting rear ended back in May 2018. Alright service, not fancy but covered all bases. Was told I'd have to wait 3 weeks for a courtesy car because the job would take 3 days, and that they would be in touch. August came around and still no word, unable to get through on the phone so dropped in. Turns out they still had my information but had completely forgotten to follow up. Receptionist was pleasant and fitted me in the following Monday which was nice. The courtesy car they gave me was the worst courtesy car I have ever driven, not to mention it was given to me on petrol light. It smelt like cigarettes, It was dirty inside and out, the steering wheel vibrated violently when in idle, gear stick lights didn't work, overhead lights didn't work, headset was hanging out of its slot and when turned on it only played out of one speaker, gear changes were horrible, fan belts squealed two times when ignition was turned on for a few minutes and one morning a squeaking noise was heard in the left from wheel all the way to work. A very old and rattly car that clearly isn't looked after very well. After using the car for 4 days I still hadn't heard anything from the company regarding my cars progress or pick up time. Very poor service, wont be using them again or recommending to anyone.

After 14 years of using this company, first issue where i was hit, and despite this i am paying the accesses. very disappointed. and i am changing companies.
