      We arrived for an appointment, and were greeted with a friendly smiling cheerful person. making us feel at ease. While waiting, other people came in for hearing aid batteries and filters etc, one person was not sure how the filter was fitted , the receptionist showed her and did it there and then and was more than willing to help others with similar issues great service.

      I came here for a hearing test and received prompt, attentive service and a thorough explanation of my test results. The staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get a hearing test done.
