Hanmer Springs Forest Camp

I stayed at Hanmer Springs Forest Camp for 2 nights recently and had a brilliant experience. The camp is a few minutes drive from the town center and surrounded by forest and heaps of forest walks and bike trails. The couple who run the camp are so lovely and accommodating. The camp felt super relaxed and while I was there, a school group stayed as well but I hardly saw them as the camp is spread out. I stayed in a wee cabin that was cosy with a bed and table and chair, the price was so affordable! It was cold at night, the room was reasonably warm because there was a heater. There was also a kitchen and lounge that was generally empty that I utilised which was very warm. Really enjoyed my experience.
