Moeraki Boulders Cafe & Bar

A very lovely place. A very friendly and helpful staff (OE from Hong Kong). Can’t be better to grab something to eat and drink when visiting the amazing Boulders. This is a must to go if you went there on a rainy and windy day, a hot cup of chocolate is the best! Just need to have a regular clean up of the bathroom on a busy day! Kia haka!

After spending some time on the beach enjoying the Moeraki Boulders, we stopped for a snack at the Moeraki Boulders Cafe. It was a warm day, so we ate our gourmet sandwiches outside. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the views of the ocean were spectacular. All in all, it was a satisfying stop.

Menu meals are great value and really well presented. The location is also excellent with amazing views out to see and down to Moeraki township. Well worth the visit. It also has an excellent gift shop. Overall would recommend a visit to the boulders and the restaurant.

Had a huge and very tasty breakfast here whilst visiting the boulders beach. Friendly staff. Good-sized portions.

A very spacious café and the food was really good - the portion size will not leave you hungry that's for sure. Ideal for a pre or post visit to the beach to see the boulders.
