My family are big tea drinkers so this was a great place to come and enjoy some great tea. The premise was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We came here for high tea and spent the majority of the afternoon here. While on the more expensive side, everything was beautifully presented and the tea was amazing. There were a variety of tea packs available for purchase, so we got some to enjoy at home.

Such a lovely setting, a delight to have tea here. Excellent customer service really made this a highly recommended place to try.

Love this place and worth the drive from Auckland if you love tea. Prefer sitting outside since the elegant indoor area is too packed for me when it is busy ( just my preference). The outdoor heaters keep you warm in winter. Love having the Oolong tea there, it is much better than having it made it at home. Lovely environment and love the tea pot which keeps the water boiling. The fusion high tea is way better than the traditional one.
