      Ii'm only giving one star because I can't give none.
      Stephen Williams is the most horrid man I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. It took 4 attempts at calling for him to actually return my call in the first place, his receptionist seems to be utterly incompetent, and unable to follow the basic expected tasks of being a receptionist such as taking a message, when I finally managed to speak to Stephen himself he was exceptionally rude and hung up on me. I can't believe he has managed to be in business for as long as he has if the way I was spoken to is any indication of how he talks to new potential clients.
      If you want a decent solicitor try anyone other than SP Williams.
