Smart PC

I got some RAM from them a little while ago, and my PC started to have issues with it the minute I installed it. I thought it was the MoBo, but the company who built the system tested it (for free I might add) and diagnosed a RAM issue. They loaned me some RAM to test if the issue continued, and it didn't. I rang SmartPC to talk about swapping the RAM and they were not at all helpful. So I walked in to the store to talk face to face, and was told that because I had opened the packet and plugged the RAM in, there was no warranty any more because they couldn't resell it! I was shocked they would even consider such an act. When I tried to explain about the Consumer Guarantees act, I was made to feel very unwelcome, so I left. I will not be returning, and would not recommend this store.

they make out they know what they are doing but when you have to take a computer back four times within a year for the same problem it isn't good. When the guys have a problem they call out t the older lady who doesn't speak very good english. never again
