Excellent standard of marketing material that allowed us to be in control of our sale. We had many people viewing at open homes with follow up calls from Andrew to see if we needed any guidance. This whole process has been seamless and the best part is we have the extra funds from paying no commission to go towards our new home. Would highly recommend.
