UNCONDITIONAL IN TWO WEEKS AFTER LISTING!
We are so glad we went with Sell Direct! It was such a pleasure working with Andrew and Mike - we had multiple offers after the first weekend of open homes and the house went unconditional the week after!

Our private sale, utilizing the services of Sell Direct was an absolute dream. The photos, billboard and trademe advert were excellent, one open home, a very keen buyer, smooth negotiation process. Done and dusted in a couple of weeks. I have no hesitation is recommending Sell Direct to any other home owner, I am one very happy customer.

I would suggest using the Professional Negotiation service on offer if you want things to be smooth, easy and the best result possible.
