Received excellent service at this location. Staff were super helpful around an issue I was having with my battery and I can easily say they went above and beyond to help me out.

Dad is a big fan on keeping his car spick and span, so I wanted to get him something nice for his birthday. Came to repco with absolutely no idea on what to get, other than something that would help him to keep his car nice and tidy. Asked one of the staff members on the floor for some help, and he took me down the aisle where there were lots of different turtle waxes and car cleaners and groomers etc. He gave me the pros and the cons on most of the products, which made it easier to make an informed decision on what to buy. Highly recommended, the customer service here is great!

I was given the wrong parts and when I returned it they offered to get the correct parts from a branch to arrive the next day. It was good enough as there are a good number of parts for each car and we are bound to make a mistake.
