      Wow the wait time here for the drop in service is crazy long, i was told 1 hour but really was 3 hours. Staff are friendly but need to be more realistic with timing.

      Took my wife to the Tui GP, OMG i got shocked to look at the wait times. Even after making an appointment hardly we waited for 45mins after our appointment time. Crap service. Doctors always changes so hard to have a specific doctor as well.

      It is hard to make an appointment. Long wait times. but friendly staff.
      Also Free patient WIFI available so we can pass some time.

      best to always make an appointment if a drop in visit is not necessary long wait time but the receptionist are politely and friendly

      Long waiting to any doctor if no appointment. Waiting area is limited, staff are helpful and keep me very informed of the waiting time. Pharmacy is next door with easy internal access. Seem to always have more doctors than Te Rapa one.
