First time at the NV today and it was the worst experience I've had. I was not pleased with the customer service, the cut or the professionalism of the hair dresser. I asked for my hair to be trimmed, thinned and shaped, around my face and I feel I didn't receive that even with instruction. I also asked for my new $460 clip in extensions to be put in and blended in with my hair/ shaped around my face. I did not receive either of those services. I was charged $80 total, $50 for her to dry trim my hair (no shaping or thinning that I wanted) and $30 for her to put my extensions in. A serious overcharge for the service provided, I asked her to do all the things I said numerous times but it seemed she was incompetent to complete such tasks. I would not recommend this salon.
