I popped in yesterday to get a battery for my car key. They were lovely and friendly. They changed the battery and gave me some really good advise about my car key - they showed me how it worked inside and told me that if I had any problems with it where to go (because this other place are the cheapest in town, also with excellent service!). I was well impressed by that. This was a slightly pricier option as appose to buying a battery and changing it myself, but I received excellent service and love to support small local businesses!!

Have had many shoes and bags repaired by these guys - great customer service and high quality of workmanship.

He is a nice man and always willingly gives me information about working on shoes. Other shops do not have the time nor are willing. Check prices around town and you will find that this shop is about half the price of the others. Be sure to ask him what he can or can't do. He does have a lot of knowledge and experience but like anyone can't do everything but he will let you know. His range of shoe products are a bit limited as I often have to get stuff elsewhere but most my shoes are European made and more handmade than common shoes. I gave him .5 stars down only because of his limited product range.
