Lodge City Rentals Ltd

Recently had to move out of a property handled by these people, and have to say it was so amazing to see the agents going to bat for me against a landlord who was trying every trick you can think of to rip me off. Moved into a total dump, spent years cleaning it up, and as soon as it looked good they decided to sell it. When I moved out, the owner was picking on every little detail, ignoring the fact that it was things like stains in the carpet that I had been there before I moved in but hadn't been able to remove, and claiming the garden I put in and maintained for years was "an eyesore". Lodge backed me up, fought for me, and got me a full bond refund because they were fair and honest. I wish I could have found a new place through them but they had nothing to suit at the time I had to go. The next place though... I'm going to go for Lodge first!

I have been renting with lodge city rentals for 9/10 years now and overall have found them to be mostly tentative and proactive landlords. Also when I have needed to move they have helped to make the transition as smooth as possible.
