Good service and friendly staff. Sometimes the staff are far and few especially if you need information regarding a product.

Very onto-it sales team, that will go out of their way to ensure you walk away with what you need, a few things you want, and probably a couple of things you might use one day if you ever get around to it. They know their stuff inside and out, aren't shy about suggesting you wait a day or two if they know a sale is coming up that will drop the price of the items you are after, and will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision.

That said, forget any pretence of follow-up service. If it breaks, you're pretty much on your own unless you happen to have shot a video of the item spontaneously self-combusting without any human intervention at all.

The signage to find this store was confusing. However, the store person was great, helpful and friendly and nice to deal with.

Excellent customer service. We needed advice on purchasing a new laptop. We had great expert help to make a decision on which best suited us. Highly recommended.
