The store was well presented with plenty of stock. The staff were friendly and helpfully but not the most knowledgeable on the tv’s I was looking at. They were not able to talk to the differences between the options but the price was good and I left with one.

Walked in to buy a bed but was ignored by staff? Because of that, decided to leave Hamilton for good. Who was that short little chubby lady anyway? She could see me looking?

Unfortunately the sales people are very rude and chase you around the store trying to get a sale, can be quite intimidating.

A great range of quality items. I was able to get a good finance deal on something i really needed with staff going above and beyond to make this possible. The store also has an easy to navigate layout.

We have purchased huge number of items from this store over the years and usually all preformed as they should. However a little disappointing when a product failed only 3 weeks outside of its warranty period and as I hadn't taken out the extended warrant, they offered to do nothing about it apart from tell me to take it to a small appliance repair shop. It was a power fault and nothing to do with the mechanics of the machine.
