I usually have a good experience with these taxis but I find them to be relatively expensive

A friend and I were trying to book a taxi this morning and the operator (Hamilton) couldnt underatand the street so put us on hold and "transferred us to someone" and sat on hold for 25 minutes and we called back 4 times and we were hung up on everytime! A lot of people have had similar rude service, definitely recommend another taxi company

plz this is very true review i agree with the womens review call another taxi company hamilton people,from their telephone operator up to driver is all rude,i experienced that several times,last time is with my newborn baby,instead of coming to my adress he park on the other side i need to carry my baby while raining and instead he come to grab us he just watch until i cross the street name of driver is singh 95,plz beware
