      Currently their service isn't very good - I have to wait on the phone for a long time to sort out any of my banking and the line is out the door when you go down there...hopefully things will get better.

      Even though i am a member from Auckland,their phone service is EXCELLENT and PROMPT ! There is no branch in Auckland so all my business is by phone calls.
