      Even though i am a member from Auckland,their phone service is EXCELLENT and PROMPT ! There is no branch in Auckland so all my business is by phone calls.

      Staff here are always excellent and great to communicate with over the phone or via email. Definitely recommend banking with these guys as they will do their best to provide excellent service.

      Currently their service isn't very good - I have to wait on the phone for a long time to sort out any of my banking and the line is out the door when you go down there...hopefully things will get better.
