Fastway Couriers Waikato

I have found these guys really chip to pick up parcels - and I haven't had any issues with pickups or drop offs. Easy to communicate with and staff are always friendly.

Not the most reliable courier around town. Pretty pricy for the service level they provide.

When I last received a parcel from the clown that works for them, the driver left my gate open and my dog nearly got run over on the road.

Fastway Couriers Waikato are criminally dishonest. They have made unauthorised charges to my credit card. They have unilaterally significantly changed pickup times.

Terrible customer service. Delivery are often NOT picked up on the day ordered. Have had several items go missing. They are cheaper than most couriers. I lost a bunch of courier tickets and they said their was NO way that they could cancel them even tho the numbers were against my account, I lost out by hundreds of $$
