The managers here are the best that you will find anywhere. A neat little old school pub with excellent bar staff and service. very clean, has a really good smoking area, gaming lounge and tab system. wednesday nights the tables are opened up for a friendly pool comp. Great atmosphere

old worn out and rude proprietors. this pub needs one good revamp. It is the only one in our area so really disappointed.The bar staff however are great. Very polite and good to talk to.

Sad to say this establishment has changed dramatically since i last visited. It is boring with no enthusiasm from the staff or managers. They need to liven it up to bring in the clientele which it is lacking in. With there being on a couple of pubs left in Hamilton this place should be utilising the market which it isn't. Maybe a change of management is at hand
