Lovely women and really friendly. I usually feel like it take ages to get my hair done but I was having such a good time it felt like my hair was done and looking lovely just like that. I like the fact that the stylist didn't use heaps of product to get my hair to look nice but just relied on her skill. I really like my hair cut and the style that I ended up with. I went from beach/saltwater afro to smooth and silky in no time. Awesome and highly recommended especially to those who live in Hamilton if you want to get away from all the bustle and get your hair done in a really cool atmosphere! Very satisfied customer.

Worst experience ever. Would give zero for customer service and hairdressing skills. Looks like a blind women hacked at my child's hair, then when I asked why it's so terrible she said my daughter wanted it thinned out. Yes, my daughter wants to grow it out and has it thinned by other salons and never looked like this. When I asked for it to be corrected was told she'd have to wait two days, then the owners children started chiming in on an adult conversation. My daughter is embarrassed to go out in public.

I Love getting my hair done at this salon. The staff listen to what you want and help you make the right decisions. Best cuts and colours ever. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Very relaxing. Prices are great compared with anything you will pay for the same thing in Hamilton. Keep up the good work Detangled.
