Daikoku Restaurant

Fun if you want an experience with your meal. Took the family here after finding them in the Waikato Entertainment Book. The kids love it as they try to catch the food being thrown at them around the hotplate. Great night out and the staff were friendly. Recommended.

I have to agree with TangerineAwesome's review. Daikoku provides and awesome dining experience. I've been twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Such friendly and attentive staff, with personality (a rare find in the hospitality industry). The lunch special is fantastic value for money and I recommend it if you would like to try the restaurant but are worried about the cost. If you're looking for something a little different, this is definitely the place to go.

This is a fun restaurant to bring a group of friends too. Chef's are nice and chatty and have fun throwing egg at you. Not sure it is quite worth the amount you pay but is definitely a fun night out.

The lunch specials are great with a choice of chicken, beef and fish. You are able to add on prawns with yum yum sauce and fried rice. Very interactive good family fun.

With my girlfriend, we had a great experience dining here. The food we ate was so fresh and delicious. The service was also excellent and I am looking forward to eat back here.
