I like this gym because of more classes options.I have diagnosed with 12 cysts in my ovaries and I also have planter fractis problem I my feets and I have been told by doctor to loose weight and do some yoga.I got very disappointed when receptionist didn't let me get in because I was 5 minutes late for the class.I explained her due to high traffic on Terapa road I get about 5 minutes late sometimes but no one said anything to me before since I got this gym membership.I mentioned if this is the case I have to cancel my gym membership as I can't perdict traffic then she said no problem just give me your tag I will cancel your membership.I also explained to the manager Joe and he just got one word to say NO.No managerial skill at all he could be good instructor but no customer skill.Shame for their hard rule,should not be like this when clients are paying money to get into classes and as due to some situations people get late few minutes sometimes but it doesn't mean they have to miss 55 minutes of their class.I felt like punishment for not being on time.

great quality of gym epuipment. very cheap.

Definitely a great price for the basic membership. I'd expect slightly better equipment if I was paying for their premium membership but seriously cannot fault the gym for the price I'm paying. Staff are friendly and the changing rooms are clean. Plenty of cardio machines and weights too.
