Nice modern gym, friendly staff that are very helpful and are always willing to show you around and let you visit before deicing whether to join or not

Nice Gym, like the zumba class always a lot of fun.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most teachers and PT are great. Being the cheapest gym in town it is really hard to pick anything from them. Can be packed up sometime after work but overall a great place for work out.

Cheapest gym in Hamilton I found - parking can be a bit of a hassle and really hard to find a park during peak times. Facilities are pretty descent and the yoga classes and instructors were great.
