Nice gym however no separate area for stretching and not a large area for stretching or doing free weights

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most teachers and PT are great. Being the cheapest gym in town it is really hard to pick anything from them. Can be packed up sometime after work but overall a great place for work out.

Cheapest gym in town. The facilities are okay and the classes are average. Staff are always friendly and helpful, it is a bit of a mission to join up online but I was helped by staff. Pity that their men's sauna doesn't work and I was told by staff that they weren't repairing sauna as too expensive.
